The Lodge
The Baviaanskloof Lodge which offers spacious en suite rooms,
lounge, dining room and outdoor living area, is situated in unspoiled surroundings
at the entrance to Loeriekloof in Cambria, Baviaanskloof. The area hosts a
variety of animal and bird species which include the magnificent Knysna
Loerie.Outdoor Activities
The Loerie hiking trail, with its starting point at the Lodge, leads
the hiker to the breathtaking viewpoint with a panoramic view of the
Baviaans and Kouga Mountain ranges. The hiker is also rewarded by the
presence of one of the oldest surviving prehistoric plant species in the
area, a cycad, estimated to be more than 3000 years old.Other activities include Day Trips & Tours by prior arrangement, Bird
